As part of our commitment to providing a fast and reliable experience, DealPOS implements a Fair Usage Policy.
Multi-Tenant Architecture
Products developed by DealPOS use a multi-tenant architecture, where the cloud infrastructure we provide is used to serve multiple customers simultaneously.
If a customer performs extremely high activity on our services, it may impact other customers.
Most of our customers use our services within reasonable limits, where their activity does not affect others.
Usage Limits (30 June 2023)

Changes to Limits
Limits to our services may change from time to time. We will communicate any changes to affected users so they can take the necessary adjustments.
